Private Event Guidlines

  • A food and beverage minimum applies to private events and varies by date, time, and guest count

  • A deposit is required to secure the reservation and will be applied toward the final event total

  • Reservations and pre-orders are required so we can prepare your tea service in advance

  • Final guest counts and menu selections are required 48 hours prior to the event

  • Afternoon tea is a per-guest experience and sharing is not permitted

  • A 20% service charge applies to private events

  • Hosts may bring small decorative items with prior approval

  • Arrival and departure times must be observed so we can properly prepare for each seating

Child Policy

Panache is designed as a seated tea experience with delicate china and hot tea service.

For most events, children must be age 7 or older unless approved in advance. All children must remain seated and supervised by an adult.

Decorations

Hosts are welcome to bring small decorative items with prior approval.

To protect our space and serviceware, decorations must be limited to tabletop items and may not include adhesives, nails, or wall mounting.
