Group Reservations at Panache

Planning a gathering with friends, family, or colleagues? We’re delighted to host your group for a thoughtfully prepared afternoon tea experience in our downtown Waterloo tearoom.

To ensure each guest receives attentive service and a beautifully presented tiered tea experience, reservations and advance menu selections are required for all group bookings.


Group reservation requests are reviewed based on availability and are not confirmed until approved by Panache.

Before You Submit Your Request

Group reservations require a bit of advance planning so we can prepare each guest’s experience with care.

  • Reservations and advance menu selections are required

  • Final guest counts and menu selections are due 48 hours in advance

  • A deposit or pre-payment may be required to secure the reservation

  • Assigned seating may be arranged based on group size and menu selections

  • A 20% gratuity is applied to groups of 6+

Group Reservation Policies

  • Reservations and advance menu selections are required for group bookings

  • Final guest counts and menu selections must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance

  • A deposit or pre-payment may be required to secure the reservation

  • A 20% gratuity is applied to groups of 6+

  • Assigned seating may be arranged based on group size and menu selections

  • Guests are asked to arrive as close as possible to the scheduled reservation time so that service can begin smoothly

  • Seating times are limited, and groups may be asked to depart at the end of their scheduled service window to allow preparation for the next seating

  • Child Policy: Panache is designed as a relaxed afternoon tea experience with hot tea service, tiered trays, and delicate china. For the comfort and safety of all guests, children attending group reservations must be age 7 or older, remain seated during service, and be directly supervised by an adult at all times.
