About the event
I recently shared in a blog post a little about how the flavors of my childhood shaped what Panache has become.
This evening is a chance to experience that part of the story in a different way.
The menu draws from the region we grew up in, with Durban style curries and warm, layered spices that feel both comforting and familiar. The kind of food that fills the air with aroma and brings people naturally to the table.
Throughout the evening, dishes will arrive meant to be passed, gathered around, and enjoyed together. Nothing rushed, nothing overly formal, just a table set with intention and an experience that unfolds at an easy, unhurried pace.
It is a different rhythm for the tearoom, but one that feels very much at home here.
We are keeping the evenings small so they remain personal and true to the experience we want to create.
